THE PROGRAMME
This programme is a combination of psychoeducation (theories, tools and techniques for stress reduction) and the teaching of evidence based psychological interventions: Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).​
