Psychotherapy
My work with clients encompasses three core values (Congruence, Empathy and Unconditional Positive Regard) for creating a confidential, professional and experienced service to facilitate change and healing. I will work with you to explore and make sense of how you are feeling and to support you in identifying a way forward.

I work using the Person-Centred therapeutic approach to counselling, to encourage a client-focused space for development and growth. Other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based and creative interventions may also inform the work we do together. I offer therapy sessions in-person or remotely over Zoom.

I know it can feel very difficult taking the first step towards change, and so I believe it is important to provide an opportunity to get to know your counsellor before beginning therapy. To support this, I offer an initial free 20-minute consultation if this is something you would like to do.
