Monday Meditation (Online)

Join me for our group mindfulness meditation every second Monday. These sessions are a safe, holding and nurturing space to take time out just for you: to de-stress, to build connection with yourself and to nurture your wellbeing. 

Each session is 45 minutes and facilitated over Zoom, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home (or from somewhere else you might find comfortable and quiet).

 

All you need is:

- a yoga / exercise mat 

- a computer, phone, or tablet with strong internet connection and Zoom access (you're welcome to have your camera on or off)

- a quiet space
