Monday Meditation (in-person, Eswatini)

Join me for our group mindfulness meditation, every second Monday, at our studio in the Mantenga Lifestyle Centre (Ezulwini). These groups are a safe, holding and nurturing space to take time out just for you: to de-stress, to build connection with yourself and to nurture your wellbeing.

Each session is 45 minutes with offerings of herbal tea at the end of each session.

All you need is:

- comfy clothing
- a bottle of water
